White walls cleanse its industrial history, while the use of color and wood tones warm the loft for family-friendly living. Spanning high above its occupants' heads, bare structural beams across the ceiling intentionally expose the building's industrial past. Added skylights perforate the ceiling to let in natural light that saturates the space.
